A journalist who was kidnapped and beheaded by depraved ISIS executioner "Jihadi John" allegedly uttered six final words before his brutal murder.

James Foley vanished on November 22, 2012, in north-western Syria close to the Turkish border after being dragged into a vehicle by ISIS militants.

At the time he was snatched, James was reporting for American online news organisation GlobalPost. Two years later, ISIS released horrific footage showing James on his knees beside a figure clad in black.
