A Pokémon GO enthusiast was savagely killed following a Facebook post that sparked a deadly confrontation.

John Dickson, 27, launched a brutal assault on 20-year-old Carl Gregory in a shopping centre car park in Broadstairs, Kent, putting him in a stranglehold and repeatedly stamping on his head before abandoning him to die. Carl, who lived with Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD, succumbed to asphyxiation in October 2016.
