LAWRENCE — Kansas football’s regular season comes to an end Friday with a Big 12 Conference game at home against Utah.

The Jayhawks (5-6, 3-4 in Big 12) are coming in off a lackluster defeat on the road against Iowa State . The Utes (9-2, 6-2) are coming in off a thrilling victory at home against Kansas State . Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. (CT) in Lawrence.

This is the first time KU coach Lance Leipold will lead his program against Utah since taking over ahead of the 2021 season. It’s also the first time the two teams will play each other since 1996, a game played in Utah, and the first time they’ll play in Lawrence since 1951.
