Two people were killed and two were injured in crashes on Arkansas highways on Sunday and Tuesday, according to preliminary crash reports by Arkansas State Police.

On Sunday, according to a report, Anthony Scott, 31, of Austin, was killed around 1:42 p.m. when his 2019 Kawasaki motorcycle, traveling north on Arkansas 365 in rural Pulaski County near Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, crossed the center line and struck a 2015 Lexus, driven by Dezion Fourte, 31, of Conway, head-on.

Fourte was injured in the crash, the report said, as was a passenger on Scott's motorcycle, identified as 23-year-old Kayrel Webb of Fort Smith. Webb and Fourte were transported to UAMS and Baptist Hospital-Conway, the report said, for treatment of unspecified injuries.
