Boston Bruins forward Morgan Geekie is off to a hot start, but he admits it has him feeling out of place.

Geekie entered Thanksgiving in second place in the NHL in goals with 17, just one back of Nathan MacKinnon. It’s been an incredible start for Geekie, who’s helped the Bruins have plenty of success to begin the season.

Although Geekie has been a top player in the NHL this season, he does admit he feels out of place when he looks at the goal leaders.

“It’s weird because those people are still so far above me, it’s weird to see your name up there,” Geekie said , via NHL.com. “It’s obviously an accomplishment you’ll look back on, like, oh, that was pretty cool. But I mean, just, I don’t know. Those are household names. You feel out of place, almost.”
