The Chancellor announced a major change to the property market with the introduction of a new 'mansion tax' on Wednesday at her Autumn Budget. Rachel Reeves ' financial plans were leaked ahead of the Autumn Budget being delivered after The Office of Budget Responsibility's analysis of the spending plans were released early.

Delivering her second budget to the House of Commons since Labour came to power, the Chancellor pledged to plug a huge black hole in public finances after 14 years of Tory leadership.
