The Chancellor announced a major change to the property market with the introduction of a new 'mansion tax' on Wednesday at her Autumn Budget. Rachel Reeves ' financial plans were leaked ahead of the Autumn Budget being delivered after The Office of Budget Responsibility's analysis of the spending plans were released early.
