RNC responded to an altercation in the vicinity of the Basilica on Military Road this morning.

Police vehicles and ambulances converged on the area around 9:30 this morning, resulting in some traffic slowdowns.

Police say responding officers spoke with the parties involved and after a brief investigation, left the scene.

There were no charges.
