MARION, Ohio — A Marion woman was killed in a crash Thursday night, according to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
In the release, authorities said troopers were dispatched to West Columbia Street in Marion shortly after 9:42 p.m. regarding the crash. Troopers determined the crash involved a 2012 Jaguar XJ, driven by a 23-year-old from Perrysburg. 40-year-old Colleen Foster, of Marion, was the right front passenger.
The vehicle was traveling westbound on West Columbia Street when it struck a "parked/unoccupied" 2005 Honda Odyssey on the north side of the roadway, according to OSHP.
Authorities said the driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Foster suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital by EMS. She later succumbed to her injuries, O
