No Injuries, but Home and Shed Destroyed by Fire in Frenchman’s Cove

There were no injuries after fire destroyed a shed and house in Frenchman’s Cove last evening.

RNC say the fire started in a shed and then spread to a nearby home on Strickland’s Road.

The Lark Harbour/York Harbour and Mount Moriah fire departments responded to the scene, but neither structure could be saved.

RNC say all occupants escaped without injury.

The fire is not believed to be suspicious.
