Benevilla's main office to host seminar on protecting assets

Benevilla’s next free workshop at its flagship Surprise location will focus on estate planning.

“Protect Your Treasure — Why a Thorough Estate Plan Safeguards You and Your Loved Ones” is planned for 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 16752 N. Greasewood St.

Caleb Lihn, attorney and founder of Lihn Law Group, will show ways to understand a comprehensive estate plan to protect assets, honor personal wishes and offer peace of mind for families.

Lihn plans to cover key estate planning tools, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and healthcare directives and explain how each can help prevent costly delays, minimize disputes and ensure one’s legacy is preserved exactly as intended.
