A Thanksgiving week rally couldn't put all three major indexes in the green for November. The S & P 500 gained nearly 4% for the week, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average added more than 3% — a strong enough showing for each to eke out gains for the month. It extends their streak of winning months to seven.
