MINNEAPOLIS – The Wisconsin football program has had plenty of success with players from Division II Grand Valley State .

Cornerback Nyzier Fourqurean was a starter for the Badgers in 2023 and ’24. Defensive lineman Jay’viar Suggs , who came to UW from LSU but started his career at Grand Valley, started every game for the Badgers this season entering the season finale at Minnesota.

Jibriel Conde could be next.

The 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive lineman, committed to the Badgers out of the transfer portal Saturday, Nov. 29. The news was first reported by On3 .
