Jessica Gallier knows all too painfully the impact that suicide can have. She was just 26 when she received a phone call to inform her that her father Martin, who she loved dearly, had taken his own life at the age of 55.

To make a hugely traumatic situation even more difficult, Jess had given birth to her first child just 12 weeks earlier. Her life as she knew it would stop that day. She would never be the same again.

Jessica didn't see her dad every day as a child, because she lived on the Isle of Man with her mother and he was living in Kent at the time, but she said all her memories of him were joyous.
