Phoenix, N.Y. - Firefighters battled a blaze at a home in Oswego County on Saturday evening.

Firefighters at the scene told syracuse.com | The Post-Standard that no one had been hurt in the blaze and that it was contained to a garage.

The fire was first reported around 6:06 p.m., according to Onondaga County 911 Center.

A neighbor to report smoke and fire coming from the garage of 9354 River Road, according to dispatch calls.

Within a few minutes, fire crews were on scene, according to dispatch records. Around 6:15, the fire was escalated to a ‘Signal 99,′ indicating a working structure fire, and more assistance was called in from other departments.
