The Denver Broncos (9-2) and the Washington Commanders (3-8) meet for Sunday Night Football at Northwest Stadium in Landover, Maryland. Kickoff is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC / Peacock). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's Broncos vs. Commanders odds and tab the 5 best prop bets to win among SportsbookWire's expert NFL picks and predictions for Week 13.
The Broncos topped the Kansas City Chiefs at home in Week 11 prior to the break, covering as 4.5-point underdogs as the Under (45) cashed. Denver has won 8 in a row, last losing Sept. 21, and the defense has allowed 17 or fewer points in all 8 of those games with the Under going 3-0 in the past 3, and 7-2 cross the past 9 outings.
The Commanders are back in action after a 16-13 loss in overtime in the first-ever NFL game in Spain, falling to the Miami Dolphins in Madrid Nov. 16. Washington has dropped 6 in a row, while also going 0-6 against the spread (ATS) in that span. The Under has a 4-3 edge in the past 7 games.
However, for Washington, it gets great news, as WR Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) will be active for SNF. He has been sidelined since suffered a quadriceps injury back in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders. QB Jayden Daniels, who suffered that gruesome dislocated left elbow injury against Seattle on SNF in Week 9, practiced on a limited basis this week. There is a chance he could play, albeit a small one. But, he is pushing hard to return before the season concludes.
As far as the weather forecast, it looks fine for the area, as snow showers pull out early Sunday morning. There is a remote chance of flurries with temperatures in the high 30's for gametime with a slight breeze.

Broncos WR Troy Franklin OVER 4.5 RECEPTIONS (+105); OVER 48.5 RECEIVING YARDS (-115); Broncos WR Troy Franklin Anytime TD Scorer (+155)
The Washington Commanders are horrific, in terms of pass defense. Whether Scary Terry plays, Daniels is back under center, etc., none of that matters, as this team cannot stop anybody through the air. Washington allows an NFL-worst 8.9 yards per pass attempt, with the Cincinnati Bengals the next nearest team at 7.9 PPA.
As such, we're going for our first three-fer of the season in this space. It hasn't happened all season, and I promise you I am not being lazy on you. We offer 5 prop picks each week, and to pick just a single player might seem a little silly.
However, it's almost a certainty that Sean Payton and crew will be attacking Washington's defense vertically, and it would be stunning not to see a shot downfield almost instantaneously.
Franklin appears to have supplanted WR Courtland Sutton as the No. 1 wideout for QB Bo Nix, although there is nothing official. Still, the 22-year-old Franklin has 4 or more receptions in each of the past 4 games, and 8 or more targets in 5 straight. At plus-money to get to 5 grabs seems like a gift, and there is no underlying surprise injury which might crop up, so he should be a full-go.
Franklin has gotten to 84 or more yards twice, too, while scoring 4 TDs in the past 5 games. If you're really adventurous, Franklin 75+ Receiving Yards (+230) can help you more than double up, and 100+ Receiving Yards (+525) would help you go more than 5X if he hits his first NFL 100-yard game. It's possible.
SNF: Best ML, ATS and O/U bets
Broncos WR Pat Bryant OVER 13.5 YARDS - LONGEST RECEPTION (-120)
The rookie Bryant has really been coming on lately. He has 10 receptions for 185 yards and a TD across his past 4 games, and he has been targeted 15 times. The 22-year-old rookie third-rounder out of Illinois had a breakout performance against the Chiefs, going for 5 grabs and 82 yards on 6 targets.
Again, we mentioned how bad the Commanders are per pass attempt. This is a strong bet, and I'll be putting some of my own money on it, too, in addition to the Franklin props above. In the past 4 games, Franklin has catches of 24, 43, and 48 yards, so he could have Over on this prop 3 times, And, he would have cashed this prop in Week 9, too, but he fell a half-yard short with a long of 13 against the Houston Texans.
Broncos PK Wil Lutz OVER 7.5 POINTS (-115)
If you're a regular, you already know. It's all about the kickers in the fifth spot.
Hopefully you enjoyed the big win on Thanksgiving night. We gave away Cincinnati's Evan McPherson for Over 6.5 Points, and he had 20! That was easily the quickest kicking prop win of the season.
For Lutz, he could tickle double digits. The concern is what we've discussed above. Washington's passing defense is so bad, can they get stops? Can they force Denver to kick field goals rather than touchdowns, which we dislike when going Over on a kicker. This isn't college, where could still get 8 point-after attempts. We need at least 2 field goals. But, Washington's Jake Moody is still settling in, and Over 5.5 Points (-140) seems a bit expensive.
