A North East teacher ditched the profession and started a new career in the construction industry. Becky Willis had become fed up with punishing paperwork and the behaviour of pupils while teaching at primary schools across the region.
It was then that the 31-year-old decided to embark on a new career and joined Gateshead based firm Tyneside Home Improvements (THI). Since then, Becky has gone from strength to strength and is thriving in the male dominated industry, where she is involved in all aspects of the business.
