KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore. — A Cadillac driver, 24-year-old Kaden Shakur Moses, and his passenger, 52-year-old Bonner Deb Conney, both of Klamath Falls, died tragically on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. on Highway 140E, near milepost 16, in Klamath County, after the car clipped the front of another, causing the vehicle to roll into an adjacent field. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
