Don Bacon, R-Neb., underscored on Sunday that he feels the White House is sending "mixed signals" on its stance about helping to end the Russia-Ukraine war, and said he wished the Trump administration would be less obscure. "I just don't see that moral clarity coming from the White House," Bacon told ABC News' "This Week" co-anchor Jonathan Karl. Bacon remarked about last week’s deal that originally had a Thanksgiving Day deadline, calling it a "surrender document." “It really was a surrender document that would have left Ukraine weak and vulnerable to Russia for decades to come.
