Michigan's loss to Ohio State on Saturday resulted in a three-spot drop in this week's Associated Press college football poll.
The Wolverines, who finished the regular season 9-3 overall and 7-2 in the Big Ten, were ranked No. 18 in the new poll released Sunday.
Michigan is possibly headed to the Citrus Bowl against an SEC opponent on New Year's Eve. The game starts at 3 p.m. and will be televised by ABC.
Selection Sunday for the College Football Playoff and all the bowl games is Sunday, Dec. 7.
The new College Football Playoff rankings will come out Tuesday night ahead of this week's conference championship games.
