CLEVELAND — One of the Browns best pass rushers not named Myles Garrett was carted off the field early in the third quarter against the San Francisco 49ers.

Defensive tackle Maliek Collins suffered a leg injury with 9:36 remaining in the third quarter. He was only on the field for a moment before the cart was brought out for him.

Collins is second on the Browns with a career-high 6.5 sacks. He was signed as a free agent this offseason after the 2024 season with the 49ers.
