RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, GERMANY -- On Thanksgiving Day, U.S. Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) shared a Thanksgiving meal with Wyoming service members and their families stationed at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. They’re attached to the United States European Command.
Ramstein Air Base serves as an important North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) hub for airlift, airdrop, and aeromedical evacuation flying operations supporting military operations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, according to a Thursday, Nov. 27 press release from Barrasso's team.
