Each year, 20 young women under 21 are chosen to don haute couture and appear in the exclusive Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris. On Saturday night, Bronwyn Vance, the 19-year-old daughter of actors Angela Bassett and Courtney B. Vance, became one of the few Hollywood elites and princesses to debut at the invitation-only ball held at the Shangri-La Paris hotel.

Vance, a current student at Harvard studying film and sociology, wore an ivory tulle gown with gold detailing made by French designer Stéphane Rolland and was escorted by her twin brother, Slater. Her parents were also in attendance, and Vance and her father kicked off the party with a father-daughter dance, according to Vogue .
