STOCKTON, Calif. —
Five people were arrested, including a juvenile, hours after a deadly mass shooting at a child's birthday party in Stockton on Saturday night, according to the police department.
Officials said the five were arrested just after 10:20 p.m. in the 2800 block of Pixie Drive. The arrests came after a report of several armed subjects in the area.
Stockton police said Issac Grosvenor, 27, Destiny Willis, 32, Kevin Le, 22, Jovon Frank, 19, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested for conspiracy, weapons, and gang-related charges.
It's not clear if the arrests were connected with the mass shooting, which took place just before 6 p.m., around seven miles from where the arrests were made. Four people, including three children, were killed and 11 others were injured in the shootin
