The Toledo women’s volleyball team found out on Sunday who it will face to begin its journey in the NCAA Tournament.
Sunday’s tournament selection show revealed that the Rockets will square off against number four seed Indiana on Thursday.
The Rockets (23-10 overall, 17-7 Mid-American Conference) are in the NCAA Tournament after making an unlikely run to their first MAC title in program history.
Toledo entered the conference tournament as the number four seed, where they went on to defeat fifth-seeded Miami (Ohio) and top-seeded Ball State in five sets. They completed the run by taking down second-seeded Western Michigan in four sets to win the MAC crown.
Toledo and Indiana are in the same quadrant as top-seeded Texas. The winner of their match will face the winner of Colorado and Amer
