EDINA, Minn. — Edina Police say two teenage boys have been arrested in a violent armed robbery on Sunday night that injured another young man.
In a news release, police said crews were initially called to a parking lot on the 7100 block of France Avenue around 5:30 p.m. Sunday on a report of a robbery with shots fired during a "Facebook Marketplace deal gone wrong." Officers found an 18-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to his arm.
Police said the victim and witnesses were uncooperative, but officers discovered the robbery had happened in the parking lot of a nearby apartment building. Investigators used surveillance video to identify two suspects. One 16-year-old suspect was found driving in Edina and arrested after a traffic stop. The second suspect was taken into custody after SWAT
