This offseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers made a bold move by trading for star wide receiver DK Metcalf and signing him to a five-year deal reportedly worth over $150 million.

While there have been high points this season with veteran QB Aaron Rodgers, Metcalf’s first year in Pittsburgh has also been marked by inconsistency. Another example came on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.

In the first half, Metcalf caught just two passes for 22 yards. He also drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for making an obscene taunting gesture toward a Bills player after the Steelers’ first-half touchdown by Jaylen Warren. If the NFL follows its usual protocol, Metcalf could face a significant fine when weekly penalties are announced on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET.
