There doesn’t appear to be much love lost between the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers.
As Buffalo put together a dominating 26-7 victory on Sunday, a subplot emerged between star quarterback Josh Allen and defensive lineman Cam Heyward.
The two jawed back and forth throughout the game, and Heyward accused Allen of intentionally kneeing him in the stomach late in the first half.
“(I was) ticked off the entire game because, as a quarterback, they’re protected, but I’m not,” Heyward said, per ESPN’s Brooke Pryor. “It just pisses me off.”
Heyward added that the act was intentional because Allen told him that he “had to do something to get you off,” as tensions mounted.
