OK, so a win Monday night in New England obviously would not even sniff the Giants ’ two biggest triumphs over the Patriots.
No great revelation there.
But if promising rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart can come out of Foxborough with a victory, late in yet another miserable Giants season, that would give him a much-needed signature moment to carry into 2026, when he’ll have a new head coach.
It’s not just that the Giants are 2-10 and the Patriots are 10-2.
It’s also this: The Giants have lost a franchise-worst 12 straight road games since early last October, including 0-7 this year. Dart, 2-5 as the Giants’ starter, is 0-4 on the road.
So as he returns from his two-game concussion absence, Monday night brings an enormous opportunity.
The Giants have lost six straight games overall
