A man who is facing charges connected to a knife attack on a Cambridgeshire train and other separate incidents that day, and the day before, faces trial next year.
This follows a court hearing that took place today (December 1) in his absence. Anthony Williams, 32, is charged with 10 counts of attempted murder after numerous people were stabbed on an LNER train from Doncaster to London November 1.
Eleven passengers were rushed to hospital following the attack however there were no casualties. Police at the time said it did not appear to be an act of "terrorism".
