We’re pleased to announce that our new online appeals service is now available to all local planning authorities (LPAs) in England. This marks the completion of a major milestone in our digital transformation programme, which we announced in July 2025 .

All LPAs can now use the new service to manage Householder (HAS), Planning (S78) and Listed Building (S20) appeals.

Additional appeal types coming soon

We will be adding more appeal types to the new service in the coming months:

17 December 2025: Commercial Planning, Commercial Adverts, and Advertisements

February 2026: Enforcement, Enforcement Listed Building and Lawful Development Certificate
