DES MOINES, Iowa —

Central Iowa drivers should build in a little extra time for Monday morning's commute.

Roads are in pretty good shape following the weekend snowstorm that dropped more than 10 inches in Des Moines , but you will still see stretches of snow- and ice-covered pavement. KCCI has received reports of bridges on I-235 near downtown being particularly slippery despite looking clear.

As of 7:40 a.m., a multi-vehicle crash was blocking the let lane of I-235 eastbound between Guthrie and East Euclid avenues.

As of 7:30 a.m., a stalled vehicle is blocking the right lane of Interstate 35 northbound north of Cambridge. Iowa DOT says to expect a delay of 15 minutes or more in that area as traffic backs up.
