NEW CASTLE, IN — A New Castle man has been accused of stabbing his uncle.

Dylan Gage Hamilton, 24, is charged in Henry Circuit Court 1 with aggravated battery, a Level 3 felony carrying up to 16 years in prison.

According to court documents, the stabbing took place Nov. 20 in the Cedar Drive home Hamilton shares with his family.
