A Delaware LLC called Cactus Wren Partners bought a 10,539-square-foot Paradise Valley mansion in the guard-gated Judson neighborhood. The home has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two kitchen islands, a theater, two offices, a sport court, multiple firepits and a zen garden with koi stream.
