Netflix has just launched a follow-up to one of its most surprising blockbuster films , with the original having debuted back in 2022 . Troll 2 has landed on the streaming service worldwide and pledges further pandemonium for its devoted fanbase, who are eager to discover what happens next in the storyline , reports the Express .

Set once again in Norway, the film chronicles the turmoil that ensues when another ancient troll awakens, with explorers Nora (played by Ine Marie Wilmann), Andreas (Kim S. Falck-Jørgensen) and Captain Kris (Mads Sjøgård Pettersen) setting off on a fresh quest to halt the beast. The trio must explore Norway's age-old folklore to contain the creature's violent spree throughout the country and forge new partnerships whilst seeking solutions.
