BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Lane Kiffin hasn’t even stepped behind the podium for his official introduction as LSU’s new head football coach , but he’s already making himself at home in Baton Rouge, starting with a Monday morning workout at Yogalates Studio.

The studio posted a photo of Kiffin smiling with staff members, writing: “Starting Day 1 off right with a hot and sweaty workout! Geaux Tigers!”

Kiffin is set to be formally introduced at a 3 p.m. press conference , one day after accepting LSU’s offer and departing Ole Miss following a 55-19 run over six seasons.

LSU director of athletics Verge Ausberry praised the hire Sunday, calling Kiffin “a proven winner” and the right coach to lead the Tigers into a new era.
