A house in Andreas that sold for $330,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Schuylkill County in the past week.

In total, 14 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $107,607, or $84 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,962-square-foot single-family house at 206 Carbon Street in Minersville, has been sold. The total purchase price was $50,000, $25 per square foot. The house was built in 1912. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Nov. 10.
