A house in New Tripoli that sold for $830,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lehigh County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 39 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $410,858, or $211 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $490K, detached house at 3065 W. Whitehall Street

The property at 3065 W. Whitehall Street in Allentown has new owners. The price was $490,000. The single-family home was built in 2006 and has a living area of 2,240 square feet. The price per square foot was $219. The house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Nov. 12.
