The Mesa City Council is set to vote on a dollar increase for a contract for HVAC services for city facilities at their upcoming meeting.
The meeting takes place at 5:45 p.m. on Dec. 1 at 20 E. Main St.
The council is voting on whether to use an Omnia Partners cooperative contract with Comfort Systems Southwest and Daikin Comfort and increase the dollar limit by $1 million. The contract would increase from $4 million to $5 million if approved and would be funded by the facilities and management operating budget.
The contract would provide comprehensive heating, ventilation and air conditioning support for city facilities, according to council documents. The contract would provide this support via equipment purchase, installation, preventative maintenance and repair.
