Lady Luck was on the side of the remaining NY casino licenses on Monday, December 1st.

In a unanimous vote, the state’s Gaming Facility Location Board approved Metropolitan Park at Willets Point, Queens , Resorts World New York City at the Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, and Bally’s Bronx in Throggs Neck.

This news comes on the heels of the Times Square Casino bid folding in September and withdrawal of the The Hudson Yards Casino in the spring.

According to CBS News , the board visited the three locations to get a better idea of parking, infrastructure, and the attractions’ overall impact on each areas. Up next? The board will provide its recommendations to the state Gaming Commission, CBS adds.
