In the hilarious sketch, a Rogers employee promises that service will “still be terrible” and that everything will take longer than it should. The customer responds with exaggerated enthusiasm, saying he wants to be “locked into a plan” and “chained to a contract.” When the employee mentions a $65 plan, the man shouts, “Tell me it’s only $65, but when I get my bill, it’s well over a hundred. Yes. Hit me with hidden fees.”
