The Philadelphia Eagles ’ chances of securing the NFC’s No. 1 overall seed took another hit on Black Friday with their frustrating loss to the Chicago Bears.
But Sunday’s results opened things up for the Eagles and many other teams in the conference.
The Eagles, now 8-4 after back-to-back losses, are one of six teams in the NFC with eight or nine wins.
That will make the race for the NFC’s No. 1 seed — and the first-round bye and home-field advantage that comes with it — plenty intriguing down the stretch.
