Christmas lights twinkled and men on stills draped in white angel costumes paraded the streets, as Prague's most famous Christmas market reopened in the Old Town Square this weekend.
A huge Christmas tree was lit up for the first time this year, as tourists and residents wandered through the wooden stalls serving traditional snacks and selling artisanal goods.
Prague is a highly popular destination among tourists, especially during the Advent and Christmas seasons.
