HINESBURG, Vt. (WCAX) - Officials say a teen driver walked away from a rollover crash in Hinesburg early Sunday morning with no injuries.
The Hinesburg Fire Department was dispatched at 12:24 a.m. on Nov. 30 to Lincoln Hill Road for a reported rollover with a 16-year-old trapped inside the vehicle.
Captain Waite, the incident commander, confirmed upon arrival that the driver was unable to exit the vehicle.
Hinesburg Engine 1 responders used specialized rescue struts to secure the vehicle and then worked to safely free the occupant.
Somehow, the teen was not injured. Officials did not release the driver’s identity.
