A hilarious video captures the moment police drag a man dressed as Santa through a busy city center after he was arrested.

The funny mobile phone footage shows the man being carried along Haymarket in Norwich city center, Norfolk, on Nov. 29.

He can be heard shouting, "Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas kids" as he is being carried by four officers.

He also said: "These guys are going on the naughty list" as well as "I've got presents to make."

Many bemused onlookers can be heard laughing, with some applauding him.

It came as Norfolk police officers arrested 10 people for allegedly holding placards in support of the proscribed terrorist group Palestine Action during a demonstration.

The signs read “I oppose genocide. I support Palestine Action”.
