Illinois was hit by a massive snowstorm Thanksgiving weekend, with northern parts of the state receiving as much as a foot of snow in less than 48 hours.
But the National Weather Service warns that the flurry wave isn't yet over. In fact, a majority of Illinoisans are expected to see several more inches of snow in the coming days.

The NWS reported the following snowfall totals across Illinois:
Chicago : 8.4 inches
Peoria : 5.2 inches
Bloomington: 4.5 inches
Kankakee: 7.5 inches
Springfield : 8.9 inches
Lincoln : 7.8 inches
Rockford : 8 inches
Quincy: 8.6 inches
Champaign: 7 inches
Galesburg: 6 inches
Decatur: 7.4 inches
Naperville: 8-9.2 inches
Lake Forest: 12 inches
