Florida basketball dropped six spots in the latest USA Today coaches poll.
The Gators (5-2) fell from No. 8 to No. 14 after falling to TCU 84-80 on Thursday but bounced back with a 90-78 victory against Providence on Friday, Nov. 28.
In the latest poll, Florida will have the chance to climb the rankings as the Gators are set to face No. 4 Duke and No. 5 UConn for its next two matchups. Currently, UF will have the chance to face eight other ranked teams.
The rest of the SEC features Alabama at No. 12, Tennessee at No. 13, Vanderbilt at No. 16, Kentucky at No. 18, Arkansas at No. 23 and Auburn at No. 24.
