The Belleville General Hospital’s reworked Game On Gala was a winner, netting more than $385,000 toward the purchase of a new mammography machine.
Held Nov. 22 in Belleville’s CAA Arena, it attracted more than 340 people – the largest gala crowd in more than 12 years – and featured sports-themed activities. Guests, many of whom wore sports jerseys and related clothing, could try a golf and rodeo simulators, shoot basketballs, and more.
Chef Matt Sullivan prepared fancier versions of stadium dishes and the OVG Group transformed the arena’s interior for the evening.
