In the wake of the latest coaching carousel moves, the odds on Penn State’s next head football coach are in flux.
BYU coach Kalani Sitake is the betting favorite at 7/4, followed by James Madison’s Bob Chesney (3/1) and ex-Giants coach Brian Daboll (7/2), per Betonline.ag .
Sitake and BYU are 11-1 and No. 11 in the College Football Playoff rankings ahead of Saturday’s Big 12 championship game against No. 5 Texas Tech.
These odds represent a big change from October when Nebraska coach and former Penn State linebacker Matt Rhule was the betting favorite, followed by Boston College’s Bill O’Brien and Indiana’s Curt Cignetti (6/1).
