At 12:35 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from Tuesday 4 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Middlesex and Essex counties.
The weather service says to anticipate, “Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5 inches.”
“Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute,” says the weather service. “Slow down and use caution while traveling.”
