EVERETT — A Snohomish County Public Works committee is seeking five new members who will provide feedback and recommendations for streets and sidewalks compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a press release said.
Letters of interest for the five open positions on the Americans with Disabilities Act Public Right-of-Way Advisory Committee should be sent to SPW-TESSupport@snoco.org by Dec. 31. Letters must include name, address and contact information, along with a summary of qualifications or an explanation of how the applicant would bring value to the committee.
Applicants must be Snohomish County residents and should have a basic understanding of the history and requirements of the ADA. Those selected must undergo a criminal background check before their official appointm
